Two Component Epoxy Putty Adhesive
POXY ADHESIVE PASTE is a filled thixotropic solvent free epoxy putty with excellent gap filling properties and is used primarily as a tile adhesive. Fine, hard fillers make the adhesive long lasting and can be used in damp areas. Water washable and smooth finishing. Sets at low temperatures and is resistant to moisture, UV light and has excellent chemical resistance.
TYPICAL APPLICATION
For use in commercial and industrial applications where long lasting, water resistant, chemical resistant adhesive is required. As a repair medium for damaged and spalled concrete. Ideal for repairing nosing on stairs and broken edges on columns. Bonding steel to steel, steel to concrete and rubber to concrete, and as an adhesive in difficult tiling situations and environments. Used in showrooms, offices, kitchens, laboratories, pools, shopping areas, floors and domestic applications.

WATCH POINTS
• Clean all spills as soon as they occur
• All standard precautions must be taken when tiling such as allowance for control and soft joints at regular intervals and around fixtures
• Staining of unsealed tiles may occur on direct, sustained contact
• Cure is retarded at low temperatures
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Surface Preparation:
Surfaces to be clean, sound and free of deleterious substances. Remove all laitance, oil, grease, paints, mould oil or curing compound from surfaces using wire brush, bush hammer, scabbler or other plant as appropriate.
Priming:
No priming is required.
Application:
Mix the resin and hardener together in a clean bucket. Mix only enough to be able to apply within the pot life of the epoxy. Ensure all absorbent tiles are sealed or protected from direct contact with the epoxy adhesive as they may stain, even after cleaned off well. Allow 24 hours before light traffic.

Equipment Care
All tools should be cleaned with thinners immediately after use. If delayed, the equipment will need mechanical action to clean or be discarded.
